Additional Notes Built on earlier (1905) chassis (Metro C&W DTF). Only survivor of type: but typical suburban coach of period. 1997: livery changed to lighter shade of London Transport brown known as Leaf Brown. In "KWVR Re-Opening" Blue/Primrose for KWVR's 40th Anniversary 2008. 01/09: back to London Transport dark brown livery. VCT Museum, Ingrow. Work to make good wasted underframe completed 12/12. Body repaint and other work completed 05/13 and restoration of compartments, one by one, steadily continuing. 02/19: work under way on heaters which will be then be reinstalled for authenticity. 05/19: seats arrived back covered with authentic moquette ready for re-fitting - restoration nearing completion now. By 08/19: back on display, newly refurbished, at Rail Story Museum. Ingrow and available for operational use on KWVR.
