Additional Notes Used in "Centenary of Catering" train 1978. P 1983 by North Yorkshire Moors Railway and in Pickering's cafeteria complex. Bought by Great Central Railway 1985 - arrived June 96. 'Temporary' B5 bogies now replaced with BR1s (BR2 axleboxes) and operational. By 12/19: off-site from GCR - with Rampart Engineering at Barrow Hill - undergoing an overhaul, including kitchen refit. 11/21: returned from Rampart Engineering to GCR - livery changed from BR crimson lake and cream to pseudo-Pullman.
