Additional Notes Withdrawn 1935. Only a few original parts of the carriage remained but these have been used by L&B East Group to rebuild the body (at Fridaywood Farm, Essex), mounted on a new steel chassis and running gear built by Ffestiniog Railway (at Boston Lodge). Arrived at Woody Bay on 14/08/2019 since when final mechanical work has been carried out and - at 01/20 - snagging work on the paintwork is almost complete; expected to go into traffic in the coming season but available now at short notice for passenger, film or demonstration use.
