Additional Notes 750v DC. Delivered to LT 02/1940; withdrawn from LT 1988. Converted for use on Island Line (Isle of Wight) and delivered there in 1990. With 11255 (qv) formed Class 483 008 unit as 'A' End DM. Withdrawn from Island Line 12/2020. 04/21: acquired for use as part of a project to run this unit with 483 006 (10297 and 11297 qv) on Epping Ongar Railway, powered by 630v DC internal batteries to be fitted to car 11255. 10/21: moved to Sandown sidings, pending transfer to Llanelli and Mynydd Mawr Railway (to join unit 483 006) at a date yet to be set. 02/22: moved to Llanelli and Mynydd Mawr Railway.
