Additional Notes P 1987 by HLPG, sold to GS&WR 1989 for new 'Royal Scotsman'. Based at Craigentinny, then BR Millerhill, BR Carlisle Upperby, by 1995 BR Euston, then Carnforth. Generator at Brake end, otherwise much modified internally. OOU by 12/01 but by 7/08 to WCRC and by 05/09 operational again. Now in BR lined maroon. Again stored OOU as surplus to requirements. 03/23: scrapped on site by Ron Hull.
