Additional Notes | P 1967, SVR till 1973, stored till 1976 then at Llangollen (that Railway's first coach) till c 1986 then at Southport: to Blaenavon by 1996. Very poor condition - most of one side missing. Seating etc present. To Gloucs Warks 10/07 for restoration. 01/12: offered by Gloucs Warks Railway (on behalf of private owner) for sale or for lease. 01/17 and 04/17: noted that current condition is very poor and is structurally unsafe - and continues to deteriorate (see additional photos below). It is, however, unique: no other vehicle of this type has survived into preservation. 21/09/19: moved by road from Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway (see final photo below) to Railway Support Services site at Rye Farm, Wishaw. Further information on the future plans for this vehicle would be welcomed. |
