Additional Notes Car K. Loaned to LNER 1942-8. Withdrawn 1965 then to Slag Reduction Company at Rotherham, used as Board Room. Donated to NYMR 1973, but restored on sidings at Rotherham and Sheffield until 1990. Used in MoorLander set. By 04/17: under restoration - see additional photo below. By 09/17 to 'DC Engineering and Restorations', Shildon for welding repairs to cantrail. By 06/19: at L.S.Engineering (based at Wirksworth on the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway) - 08/19 roof repairs now complete, work has commenced on interior. 05/22: returned to North Yorks Moors Railway - stored in new carriage shed in Pickering.
