Additional Notes Sold to WD 08/01/1941 as mobile workshop. Modified with side panels hinged at the top to form a canopy when opened, it was equipped with a number of machine tools and allocated to Workshop Train No 2. Known to have been in Italy at the end of WW2. By 1957 in use at Long Marston as Army internal use van. Thought to be only surviving workshop van from the 21 Workshop Trains. P 1995 ex MODAD Long Marston. No vacuum brake, handbrake only. Modified by Army and still in Army condition. Used as store by DMU group. Internals not available for access. 11/17: some bodywork repairs under way.
