Additional Notes P.1997 by Wessex Trains, initially based at Mid Hants Railway. In 1998 Wessex Trains base changed to Crewe Carriage Shed from where it moved to Lancastrian Carriage & Wagon Ltd at Heysham Business Park, Middleton, near Heysham for overhaul. On completion named CAMELOT and moved to West Coast Railway Company, Carnforth where Wessex Trains were based from Autumn 1998. Autumn 1999: returned to Mid Hants Railway (still owned by Wessex Trains) for use in their mainline set. 2002: moved to Lancastrian Carriage & Wagon Ltd at Heysham Business Park, Middleton, near Heysham for a further overhaul, then included in Old Oak Common based Wessex Trains 'Excalibur Express' set. At Old Oak Common until its closure, then based at Eastleigh. To Carnforth by 04/12. By 08/16: at Crewe LNWR Heritage Company in ownership of Locomotive Services Ltd. 05/19: rebuild completed to provide full on-board catering in 'Saphos Trains' set; livery changed from pseudo-Pullman (see additional photo below) to BR Crimson Lake and Cream.
