Additional Notes | Only survivor of 2. Started 1902, into service 1904. Hartlepool, Selby, Scarborough, Harrogate areas. W 1931. G as chalet Kirbymoorside: to Embsay Sept 2003. Body and electrics were based on Tyneside electric stock. Was temporarily on chassis ex LNER TO 60525 (q.v.) before permanent mounting on underframe of GNR Milk Brake 2391 (q.v.). By 09/16: restoration now well under way. 05/09/2018: run for first time in its near complete state for brake testing. 19/10/18: launched back into operational use. |
