Then to Strathspey Railway 10/10 or so and now on a pair of B5 bogies (originals would have been BR1s). Now does not represent the original in any way: externally altered with different window/door arrangements, different corridor connections fitted. Gutted internally with only a few bulkheads and the Guard's compartment remaining: has been fitted with fuel tanks, also a steam heat boiler and a generator set - both currently inoperative. 06/23: scrapped on site - only bogies retained on site. |
