Additional Notes *Not* a rebuild (has beeen reported as being built on the underframe of a 1902-built MCW vehicle: this is not so). Steel underframe. As for all the VoR coaches, given M prefix and W suffix by British Railways. Renumbered into 1-19 series by the new (privatised) Vale of Rheidol Railway in 1989. Originally one of three (Nos. 135 to 137). 135 scrapped by BR London Midland Region in 1968: 136 sold to Welsh Highland Railway, where recommenced running 08/80.
