Additional Notes Re-bogied when to LMS NCC 1942 to replace war-damaged stock. Rebuilt by UTA as 340. P 1975 RPSI. This and MR 238 (q.v.) only survivors from 6 to NI at that time. To Embsay late 2004. 08/05: still awaiting re-gauge. Eventual restoration to LMS condition planned. By 09/16: on Commonwealth bogies. 12/21: fund-raising in progress to cover cost of restoration.
